Councilwoman Olivia Díaz was born and raised in the east side of Las Vegas. She is the first Latina elected to the Las Vegas City Council, representing Ward 3, a dynamic district that includes downtown Las Vegas and the neighborhoods where she grew up. She serves a diverse constituency that is over 65% Hispanic and where over 37% of residents work in the service industry. She loves Las Vegas and the community she proudly serves.

Bike Month: Cycle de Mayo(r)

The four-mile bike ride made stops at Symphony Park, the Bonneville Transit Center, Container Park, and various murals in the Arts District, where riders learned interesting facts and connected with their fellow community members. Las Vegas Councilwoman Olivia Diaz, professional BMX rider Ricardo Laguna, and RTC Deputy CEO David Swallow joined Mayor Goodman in welcoming riders.
